The Interface Commission aims to enhance the visibility and presence of engaged anthropology in the public sphere while promoting engagement and knowledge production regarding broader societal dynamics in response to the global challenges of our time. It seeks to foster communication and collaboration between anthropologists and the general public. The goal is to transform the ways in which anthropologists process and mediate new knowledge and relationships in their communities. We strive to nurture engaged anthropology in Switzerland by bringing together science, policy, and society through a collective voice. This will be achieved via dialogue and collaborative projects that utilize diverse modes of co-creation and participation.
